The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services will begin covering up to 8 free over-the-counter COVID-19 tests each month starting in early sprint. This new initiaitve will enable payment from Medicare directly to particpating pharmacies to allow Medicare beneficiaries to pick up tests at no cost.
